The Ideal Homes Co-operative Building Society was established in 1964 by Late Shri P. I. Joseph, Founder President, with a clear vision of creating well-planned residential communities that offer quality living, transparency, and long-term value to its members.
Over the decades, the Society has evolved into one of Karnataka’s most respected cooperative housing institutions. The Ideal Homes Township on Mysore Road reflects this legacy through its thoughtfully planned residential spaces, infrastructure, and community facilities. With a strong membership base of 4,746 members, the Society continues to grow with trust and credibility.
The Society has successfully developed and allotted residential sites across its key layouts — Ideal Homes Layout Phase I & II, Ideal Hi-Tech Layout, and Ideal Banyan Tree Township. Each development stands as a testament to its commitment to systematic planning, legal compliance, and sustainable growth.
The Ideal Homes Co-operative Building Society has been awarded: “THE BEST WORKING CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY” in Karnataka, by the State Government in 2004. And “THE BEST WORKING CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY” by the International Co-operative Housing Foundation for Asia and the Pacific in 2006.
Society Future Projects
• Society has proposed to buy 100 Acres of Farm lands near Channapatana/Maddur/Gouribidanur area.
• Further we are also planning to purchase 50 Acres of lands for the formation of another layout.
